My experience spans surgical nursing, emergency care, and complex pelvic health, giving me a strong foundation in clinical expertise and patient-centered care.

DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
Yes, a consultation is an important first step. It allows us to understand your goals, assess your suitability for treatment, and answer any questions you may have. For anti-wrinkle injections, a face-to-face consultation is essential in line with NMC Guidelines and safe clinical practice. For other treatments, a virtual or telephone consultation may be appropriate. Either way, this ensures your treatment plan is safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
HOW DO I PREP FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Preparation is simple and will depend on your treatment. In general, it’s best to arrive with clean skin free from makeup or heavy skincare products. Avoid alcohol and excessive sun exposure for 24 hours beforehand, and let me know about any changes to your health or medication. Full pre-treatment advice will be provided during your consultation so you feel fully prepared and confident on the day.
IF THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
This depends on the treatment. Many procedures, such as skin boosters or dermaplaning, have minimal downtime and you can return to your normal activities straight away. Treatments like anti-wrinkle injections or microneedling may cause temporary redness, swelling, or small bruises, which usually settle within a few days. Full aftercare advice will be provided so you know exactly what to expect and how to look after your skin
